Shipping Policy 

Fast Shipping Anywhere in the US!

Shipping times typically vary from 3 to 7 business days in the contiguous U.S. and the packages we send are uninsured. Please be sure that you are shipping to a secure and trusted location, as Trinity Alliance Apparel is not responsible for any stolen packages.

Note that you are responsible for entering the accurate delivery address for your package. Any packages that are returned to Trinity Alliance Apparel are subject to returned shipping fees.

DHL/UPS/USPS/FEDEX

Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout using Trinity Alliance Apparels discounted rate of $4.99 for all orders. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed.  Trinity Alliance Apparel is not responsible for any packages that have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.

PROCESSING TIME

​

Orders are quickly processed and sent from our operations address within 2-3 business days. Longer processing times are implemented during holidays/sales. You will receive an email with tracking information once your item has been processed and shipped. â€‹  If shipping timeframes are beyond the 2-3 day period, you will be notified by us via email updating you on estimated shipping time.

FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE

All clearance sale items purchased through Trinity Alliance Apparel are final. We will not accept returns, issue refunds or make exchanges on any final sale of clearance items or end of season sale items. *Excluded from store-wide sales/promotions. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS/SUBMITTING A CLAIM

If your package was damaged in transit, was stolen or lost, or did not arrive, please submit a claim by emailing us at trinityallianceapparel@gmail.com.  Please add photographs of damages with your email claim.  Our team will review your claim and send a replacement item if your claim is accepted
